Founded by Rachel Leung in 2010, Porcelain Face Hair & Makeup is an established, award-winning hair and makeup business based in Helensvale on the Gold Coast, Queensland.
With over 16 years of professional experience, Rachel has built Porcelain Face around a simple philosophy: beauty should enhance who you are, not change who you are. Whether you prefer fresh, natural makeup or a more polished, glamorous look, our approach is always personalised. We take the time to understand your preferences, complement your individual features and create a look that makes you feel confident, beautiful and authentically yourself.

Our work spans bridal beauty, special occasions, fashion photography, editorial, film and events. Through professional artistry, attention to detail and a genuine passion for beauty, we strive to deliver an experience that feels as considered as the final result.
Rachel’s passion for makeup artistry led her to establish Porcelain Face in 2010. She holds a Diploma of Specialist Makeup Services and a Bachelor of Arts degree, combining formal training with extensive practical experience in makeup artistry and hair styling.
Throughout her career, Rachel has continued to refine her skills through advanced masterclasses and workshops with internationally recognised makeup artists, including Rae Morris, Mario Dedivanovic and Martin Bray.

Her approach is guided by the belief that every face is different. Understanding individual features, skin tones, personal preferences and desired styles allows Rachel to create looks that are flattering, balanced and tailored to each client.
